About Siesta Royale Condo Rentals

Ready to learn more about Siesta Royale rentals? Here at our family-friendly resort, we take pride in providing you comfort and a chance to relax at the end of an event-filled day. Siesta Royale is set right on gorgeous Crescent Beach in Siesta Key, FL. Our apartments will treat you to an “Old Florida” feel combined with our convenient modern amenities. Stay with us just once and find out why many of our guests return year after year.

Our Location

Siesta Royale is one of the most prominently placed Siesta Key beachfront rental complexes with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located just off the coast of historic Sarasota, Siesta Key is one of Florida’s barrier islands. A quick walk out of your front door will take you directly to Crescent Beach, which will get you to gorgeous Point of Rocks. These limestone ledges envelop several coral reefs and tidal pools and are a ‘must-see’ for visitors.

We imbue a vintage feel into our location because we believe it captures the heart and soul of Siesta Key. Everything is contemporary when it comes to our amenities, but as far as our décor and our overall vibe are concerned, Siesta Royale is one of those Siesta Key places to stay that pays homage to Florida’s rich history.

Of course, we’ve been here a while too. Siesta Royale was constructed in 1962. Still, our building’s roofline and geometric shapes lend themselves to that initial retro 60’s architecture. We might not be the biggest rental property in town, but we love our unique look and think you will too!

Types of Condo Rentals

In addition to the one- and two-bedroom units we have available, we have two efficiency units. Our property is smoke- and pet-free, but we are absolutely child-friendly!

We have two efficiency condos available in the Gulf Front Building, which faces west toward the beach. One unit is upstairs while the other is on ground level. These units host a maximum of two guests who will share a Queen Murphy bed. There is a shared balcony up top, and the ground floor unit has a screened lanai.

There are 12 one-bedroom units in the Gulf Front Building, 21 in South Court, and 15 in North Court. These all have a maximum occupancy of four or five guests. Most offer a king-size bed as well as a cozy queen-sized sleeper sofa. These units are great if you are bringing a small family or a couple of friends. Each unit has one spacious bathroom, and end units have windows on three sides to let in even more beautiful Florida sunlight.

All our two-bedroom units (of which there are four) are in the Gulf Front building. Two are located on the second level, and two are on the first. These units come with a king or queen-size bed in the primary bedroom and two twin-size beds in the second bedroom along with a queen-size sofa sleeper. A maximum of four to six guests can stay in these bright, inviting rooms.

Our Amenities

Siesta Royale might harken back to the 1960s, but this Siesta Key lodging has all the necessary modern amenities. Free WiFi is available in every room, as is cable TV. Unwind in our heated, saltwater pool or sit poolside while your kids enjoy a swim. You can also master your shuffleboard skills on our court. We also have a laundry room on-site, and each room has a fully equipped kitchen.

Did we mention that parking is extremely convenient? You will be able to park at or near your front door – that is, if you decide to drive. If you don’t, keep in mind that we are conveniently located near a bunch of shops and restaurants, so you will not have far to go!

Getting to Siesta Royale

Arrive at your rental by air or by vehicle. Should you come by plane, Tampa International Airport is an hour away, and Sarasota has its very own contemporary airport. If you plan on driving, take Interstate 75 to Exit 205 West, which is State Road 72 (Clark Road). Follow it all the way to the end, take a right onto Midnight Pass Road, and you will find Siesta Royale, waiting to welcome you.
