RESERVATIONS: USD Non-Refundable Administrative Fee plus Deposit is required at the time of the reservation.
$50 Non-Refundable Administrative Fee
$100 deposit for 5 to 13 nights
$200 deposit for 14 to 20 nights
$300 deposit for 21 nights and longer
$30 lost key/beach fob charge.
Unit, Arrival and Departure dates can be changed up to sixty (60) days prior to arrival date without loss of deposit.
Management reserves the right to assign another comparable unit if necessary and available.
Sorry, no PETS, motorcycles, motor scooters, boats, jet skis, trailers, campers, travel trailers, RVs, utility trailers, 2- and 3-wheeled rented scooters, or gas powered golf carts.
